She then rudely interrupts me from talking, and tells well we get out all our protocols from another hospital that I mentioned. I said well that is disappointing because another hospital had no issues and would do it but they were just full. She then tells, when regardless she responds to me "we will not board your dog". My concern is I spoke with ************************* and which they told me that since my dog was just given the exact same vaccine on Monday, they suggested because of my dog's health issues they would be totally against vaccinating the dog again before boarding. I was was shaken up because my dog, who has been there numerous times but could not board there because the vet did not give my dog the vaccines, I did. I never raised my voice one time or was disrespectful. Today spoke with ***** on the phone today to my disappointment she was extremely rude, and hung up the phone on me. I want to be reimbursed for the botched surgery, the corrective surgery (total $2700) and to have the collections removed immediately. I never got a bill but they sent me to a collection agency! Awful, shady business practices. Harvest Hills also charged me for meds that were supposed to be included in the surgery. They also said the work Harvest Hills did to repair the *** wasn't even standard practice and my dog would have never regained mobility even without the botched job. When they said they couldn't see us at a time when my dog's leg started to completely open up to the bone, OSU in ********** got ** in immediately and did a cleanout and restitched his leg, getting the infection out. Each time I lost time and money away from work and the staff made a visible show of being sick and tired of having us be seen. Every time I went, the facility was dirty, exam rooms weren't cleaned between patients, staff was rude and other clients were angry about their own pets' care. He had to go back so many times for rechecks it became a running joke in the facility. After spending over $1300, he came out with stitches that looked like a kindergartner did them, a collar that was five times the size of his head and a severe infection within 24 hours. My dog Pancake went in for an *** repair on May 27, 2022. Harvest Hills Veterinary and *** ******************* almost cost my dog his leg.
